Without any desire to prostitute this blog and site and use it as a bullhorn of sorts to the artworld at large-- can anyone help me do some due diligence on a Basquiat study entitled "Pecho" of 1983 (acrylic, oilstick and marker on artists board; 30 x 40 ins; Signed on verso: Jean-Michel; Navarra catalogue no. 3, p. 99; Basquiat Estate Authentication Committee certificate 29 Sept 2000, Transaction # 60530)? I have seen the work first hand, am interested in buying the work for a client, yet have some questions about the history of the work subsequent to its auction history.
